SunTec hires ex-IBM exec as new chief strategy and transformation officer

Pricing and billing company SunTec Business Solutions has appointed Pramod Perumparambil as its new chief strategy and transformation officer (CSTO).

Based out of Bengaluru, India, Perumparambil will drive the company’s strategy to accelerate business growth and “create long-term value for clients”.

His role will entail collaborating with SunTec’s various business functions, evaluating market conditions, developing business strategies and facilitating collaboration between key stakeholders.

Nanda Kumar, founder and CEO of SunTec, says Perumparambil will work closely with the leadership team and “contribute towards the strategic plans of SunTec with an objective of scaling the company performance and maximising potential”.

Perumparambil brings over two decades of experience to his new role, having previously worked at IBM’s Software Lab in a leadership role. Prior to joining IBM via an acquisition, he held executive positions with US and India-based product and consulting firms.

SunTec’s product portfolio includes relationship-based pricing and billing, enterprise product management, indirect taxation compliance and e-invoicing solutions.

The firm claims to have more than 130 clients in over 45 countries with operations across the USA, UK, Germany, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia and India.
