Hickman has more than 19 years’ worth of experience within the payments industry, particularly across sales, operations and managing partnerships and client relationships.

Most recently, Hickman was chief revenue officer (CRO) at Dublin-based fintech Fire Financial Services, which provides businesses with payment services and automated payment processes.

He also had a four-and-a-half-year stint at cashflow and expenses paytech Equals, where he served as group chief commercial officer (COO).
